How we make money

Nestulator is free. We may earn compensation when you choose to connect with a lender, real-estate agent, insurer, or other partner through our Site — for example, referral or advertising fees, or a per-lead payment. We may also earn commissions through affiliate links to third-party products and services.

Some of these relationships run through affiliate networks — for example, Commission Junction (CJ Affiliate), which connects us with advertisers such as LendingTree. When you accept cookies, these partners may set tracking cookies so a referral can be credited to us. This never adds any cost to you, and you can opt out via Cookie preferences or our Privacy Policy.

How this affects what you see

Compensation may influence which partners we feature and where. It does not change the math behind your affordability results — those are driven entirely by the numbers you enter and our published data sources and methodology.
